It is a regular member of Iploca, the international association of the world\u2019s leading companies involved in design and construction of pipelines, and transportation of natural gas, oil and petroleum products, based in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<div class=\"person\">\n\t\t<div class=\"person-img\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.overgas.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Plamen-Dotchev-draft-image.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>    \n\t\t<\/div>  \n\t\t<div class=\"person-name\">Plamen Donchev<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"person-title\">CEO<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"pattern pattern-presskitinner-person\"><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<p><strong>Professional development<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nAfter serving as an officer at Bezmer Aviobase, he has been working at Overgas in 1991. He participated in the establishment of the administrative and management processes at Overgas Inc. AD and Overgas Holding AD. He administered projects related to the development of young people through education and sport. He has led some of the stages of construction and commissioning of the \u201cBulgarian Shkolo\u201d Academic Complex. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of several companies within the structure of Overgas Holding AD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nHe graduated from the Staff Officer Profile at the Higher Air Force School \u201cGeorgi Benkovski\u201d, Dolna Mitropolia.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLater on, at the New Bulgarian University, he defended his Master\u2019s thesis \u201cEU Energy Security at the Beginning of 21 century\u201d, and from 2014 he has Ph.D. in Energy Security at the same university.
